PETER N. MOOGK ’65
On January 18, Peter Moogk was presented with the Sovereign’s Medal for Volunteers, a national award that recognizes the volunteer achievements of Canadians from across the country in a wide range of fields. It is the highest honour for volunteer service that an individual can receive within the Canadian Honours System. Moogk was honoured in Vancouver for unpaid service over several decades in several historical, commemorative, and hobbyists’ associations, including the 15th Field Artillery Regiment RCA Museum & Archives, the Vancouver Numismatic Society, and the United Empire Loyalists’ Association of Canada.
